Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had very old furniture in the rooms and lacked essential amenities like hangers and normal tea cups. The atmosphere was hot, and there were some indecent guests around, but the rooms were spacious. The waiting staff, including a helpful member who guided us through the self-service buffet, added a friendly touch to the stay.
The hotel had some signs of time but overall was modern, clean, and comfortable. It was a pleasant stay, just missed having a lamp on the table which could have been useful.
The hotel wasn't very clean, showing signs of time, but the staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious, and the waiting staff were helpful in guiding us through the 'self-service' buffet.
I found the hotel to be located a bit far from the City Center, but manageable with a car. The rooms are small but available for a reasonable price. The service was polite and professional, with a helpful receptionist providing a complimentary drink voucher during a challenging situation. While the surroundings were not very interesting, the hotel is situated in a commercial/industrial area off a major avenue. The dining options didn't meet my expectations for a 4-star hotel, but the on-site food was wholesome. The facilities were satisfactory for my stay.
The hotel had spacious rooms with plenty of waiting staff, ideal for a family of four. The buffet was comfortable, missing a table lamp but still a cozy experience. I had a great stay, overlooking minor issues with sheets and towels.
The hotel is located near the city center, but its placement by a major avenue with commercial buildings around might not suit leisure travelers. The service was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially the lady at reception and the duty manager. However, the dining experience left much to be desired in terms of quality and passion. The rooms were comfortable, though lacking a useful table lamp. The location is relatively easy to reach from the airport, but the closure of facilities for some of our stay was a disappointment.
The hotel had modern rooms that were clean and comfortable with nice and helpful staff. However, a lamp on the table was missing, which could have been useful. The overall room was as nice and clean as any other room I had rented at HI B'slava before.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and had some signs of wear and tear. The service was friendly and helpful, but some incidents put me off. The location was convenient if you have a car, although being close to commercial buildings had its drawbacks. The dining experience was good with varied and tasty food. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with a helpful staff, reminiscent of good hotels from two decades ago in Bratislava. While the location is manageable with a car but distant from the city center, the hotel is in a quiet area with limited nearby attractions. The dining options are flexible for guests, though availability might be an issue. Overall, excellent service and facilities provide a comfortable stay.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. While the room was small and not very clean, it was spacious and had attentive waiting staff. On the downside, there was an unexpected encounter with a naked man in the room. The self-service buffet offered a variety of options but was also out of certain items during peak times.
